2. Lab work review and customized recommendations from bio-chemist and doctor of pharmacology with 15 year experience in the field of bioidentical hormones.*
3. Consultation, exam and final prescription protocol recommendations from our MD.*
4. 1 month Review of systoms and prescription adjustments with hormone specialist
5. 2 month Review of symptoms and prescription adjustments if necessary with our hormone specialist
*Lab test are a seperate fee from the package, but can be submitted to your health insurance. If you do not have health insurance, we offer special pricing of $250 for lab testing.
